Update — 2011 Mar 2 :

On Feb 15 FERC asked DeLNG to provide status on DeLNG's ability to use the property for the proposed project.

On Mar 2 DeLNG provided a non-public, private & confidential answer to FERC, so the actual status is not known to the public as of this writing.

As a result of DeLNG's secrecy, it is currently unknown if DeLNG has any right at all to use the proposed terminal site.
