After being reversed by the First Circuit Court of Appels in Boston, returning the case to Bangor Federal Circuit Court Judge Woodcock, the judge criticized the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) for its procedural behavior, but dismisses the case. Nulankeyutomonen Nkihtahkomikumon (We Take Care of Our Land) plans to appeal the case, once again.2006
